First a quick shoutout to the latest patron! You know who you are! Thanks a bunch!
I try to keep it worth all of your support & always want to give more. Anyone with ideas on that or anything else (haven’t seen hate-mail in a while!) should hit the form here:

Hopefully you’ve been keeping up on the latest sets. I hope you like them. Another way to keep up to date on new sets is an Instagram follow: @Cygnostik and to that point, before we get to the nerdy stuff… When new sets go up to the Site/Podcast Feeds & Mixcloud I add the link to a single page you can always watch too: (https://chrismish.com/about/ig-links-page) For those of you who may prefer Mixcloud as a handy way to listen, rather than podcasting, go for it! The listens add up and help rank the sets higher which hasn’t been happening lately. So I don’t mind. Though I think Mixcloud still down-codes sets to 192k. Souonds pretty good anyway and I’ve been uploading .flac or .wav for when they increase that stream rate. Here are this past weeks 2 sets…
AND to the nerdy stuff.
I want to first remind that for those who can afford a higher tier you may request an extension at the toll free number 1-877-RIVT-HED to forward to your own phone.
Along similar lines, for lower tiers, the RivetHead.org email addresses… I’ve been wrenching on the system more lately (pun intended) and added SoGo as the webmail interface which includes new functionality; for the technically capable (I’ll have to write up some FAQ / How-To’s later, its really easy) . You’ll now have CalDav & Cardav built in meaning you’ll be able to keep your calendar & contacts in sync via your RivetHead.org email account across devices mobile or desktop. If you use smart phones and properly equipped computers.
The webmail interface is very nice, responsive and looks & works great in a mobile browser too. A quick screenie from my mailbox…. I may just start using this as my main address:
I’ve been working on setting things up to make sure mail sent by RivetHead.org won’t be mistaken for spam. Tests look great.
Thinking about adding another perk too. If the technical aspect isn’t far enough outside my scope to handle alone in reasonable time. For websites on the domain but… People just use Facebook these days anyway. I should have known I’d pick the wrong industry to start a business in even all those years ago. 😉
I’d like to add free balboatech.com web hosting as a perk but I don’t imagine anyone would really want it. But, again, you know how to provide feedback if I’m wrong!
I know I’m forgetting something. I hope everyone’s safe & healthy and stays that way. Take good care of yourselves! I haven’t been able to go out and maintain my usual medical routine of tests & docs visits. I can’t risk getting sick, without much of an immune response it would be very ugly. Almost as ugly as the rest of my healthcare/insurance situation.
Anyway, I remember the other thing. I can’t really justify the expense yet but I had been considering a simple cam-on-decks live video session of some kind too. IF there’s interest. Again, there’s the form on the site. You can probably guess my email address at RivetHead.org or find me on IG / Twitter @Cygnostik / @IndustrialDJmix / @EBMRadio
Catchya again soon!
